Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specific hours will be discussed during the interview process
Qualifications:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Operating Room environment
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with evidence-based surgical practices
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub on surgical cases within the OR
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile procedures and comply with infection control protocols
- Monitor patient status, providing reports and rapid intervention as necessary
- Document all aspects of perioperative care accurately
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout all phases of surgery
