Schedule/Hours:

• Five days per week
• 8-hour shifts
• Full-time
• Weekend and on-call rotation required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact state
• BLS certification (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum one year of recent OR nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Independently deliver routine and complex nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation)
• Provide patient and family education based on assessed needs
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments following established protocols
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
• Address evolving clinical and psychosocial patient needs
• Delegate and assign tasks to other care providers as appropriate
