This travel opportunity is ideal for Registered Nurses with Operating Room experience who are looking to broaden their skillset and gain exposure to innovative perioperative practices. Working alongside experienced surgical teams, youll encounter a range of cases and leadership styles, ensuring your resume reflects diverse clinical achievements and adaptability to new challenges.
Schedule:
- 7:00pm 7:30am
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification (required)
- At least 1 year of recent experience in Operating Room settings
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a bustling surgical environment
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
- Anticipate surgeons needs and maintain a sterile field
- Document procedures, patient responses, and interventions accurately
- Participate actively in ongoing quality improvement and compliance initiatives
