This assignment offers you the opportunity to collaborate with an exceptional team in a specialized Spine and Joint OR, exposing you to advanced technology and innovative surgical techniques. Schedule/Hours:
- MondayFriday, 7 am 5 pm
- Call rotation: Evenings (5 pm 11 pm) and weekends
- No overnight shift required
Key Qualifications:
- Current RN license, minimum of one year acute care hospital OR experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent experience in spine and joint procedures
- Flexible communication skills and strong patient care background
Preferred Experience:
- Joint scrub experience
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
Core Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub for spine fusions, total joint replacements, ALIFs, and a full range of spine surgeries
- Provide exemplary patient care in collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all unit policiesincluding a 30-minute on-call response time
- Utilize advanced OR equipment and support continuous process improvement
