We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a strong background in the Operating Room for a contract opportunity offering 12-hour day shifts, 7A-7P, with rotating night and weekend call. Schedule:

• 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Includes rotating night and weekend call coverage

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proven experience and competency in transplant procedurescandidates must possess this skill set to be considered
• At least 3 years recent operating room experience preferred
• Certification in Operating Room nursing preferred
• Experience with procedures such as total joints, spine surgeries, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective patient care throughout all phases of the perioperative process
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and fellow nursing staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
• Utilize EMR (Meditech) to maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Promote and maintain the highest standards of nursing practice, following established unit policies and procedures
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
