Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific schedule will be discussed at interview)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license (state eligibility required)
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience within an Operating Room setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative process
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams in the Operating Room
- Maintain aseptic technique and uphold infection control standards
- Circulate and/or scrub as assigned during surgical procedures
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor patient status and advocate for optimal outcomes
