Schedule/Hours:
- Travel/temporary assignment (details provided during interview process)
Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong knowledge of perioperative procedures, patient safety, and surgical asepsis
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
- Adaptable, with a positive attitude toward working in diverse clinical settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist and support surgeons and surgical teams in all phases of operative procedures
- Provide safe patient care before, during, and after surgery
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control policies
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
- Respond effectively to emergencies and acute situations in the OR
