As a Traveling Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room, youll immerse yourself in a highly collaborative environment that exposes you to advanced procedures and innovative leadership styles. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, rotating shifts to suit a balance of work and exploration
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing operating rooms and surgical instruments
- Provide expert perioperative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile and safety protocols
- Document procedures and update patient records accurately
- Support post-operative patient care and monitor recovery
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- At least 2 years of recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong assessment, technical, and interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments
- Previous travel assignment experience is a plus, but not required
