Exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse with a focus on the Operating Room setting. This position offers the chance to join an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to providing safe, high-quality, individualized care for surgical patients. You will work alongside both licensed and unlicensed caregivers, supporting patients and their families throughout the perioperative experience.

Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Clinical experience in an Operating Room (perioperative) environment preferred
- Thorough understanding of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
- Familiarity with the American Nurses Association Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively within a shared governance model
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes and service excellence
- Ensure all care meets quality and safety standards through diligent adherence to protocols
- Actively support patients, families, and significant others, serving as their advocate throughout the perioperative process
- Document and report patient information accurately and promptly
- Participates in the continuous improvement of clinical practices, utilizing evidence-based research and professional development opportunities
