Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specific shift details provided during interview
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in the Operating Room for various surgical procedures
- Monitor patient status and coordinate care with the perioperative team
- Uphold strict standards of infection control and patient safety
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are prepared and maintained for procedures
- Effectively communicate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
- Proficiently document patient information and surgical outcomes in compliance with facility policies
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting
- BLS/ACLS certifications (as required by assignment)
- Proficient knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic technique
- Excellent critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills
- Prior travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
