Schedule/Hours:
- Primarily weekends coverage
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Minimum one-year recent experience as a Perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse
- Licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications
- Willingness to float to Med/Surg and Critical Care units as required
Preferred: - BSN or related bachelors degree
- Two years or more of Critical Care experience
- CNOR certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team
- Provide leadership and support to OR nursing colleagues
- Adapt quickly to new processes and maintain best practices
- Float to Med/Surg or Critical Care units as needed
