Schedule/Hours:
- Varied schedule: 8:30 PM 7:00 AM
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- 13-week assignment
Step into a high-acuity Surgery department where you collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and employ the latest technology in perioperative care. Youll manage complex cases across the surgical spectrum, enhancing your critical thinking, adaptability, and technical proficiency.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Experience in OR settings and perioperative nursing
- Completion of assignments in high-volume surgical centers preferred
- AHA BLS certification (required)
- ACLS certification (required)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and adapt to new environments
Responsibilities:
- Scrub and circulate on diverse surgical procedures with a focus on patient safety and positive outcomes
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and accurate documentation
- Provide patient education and postoperative support
- Uphold the highest standards of care in a fast-paced operating room
