Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Scrub and Circulate proficiency preferred
- Adaptability to fast-paced surgical environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams
- Monitor patient safety and maintain strict aseptic techniques
- Handle instrument and supply management efficiently
- Document patient care accurately and timely
