This opportunity allows Registered Nurses passionate about the perioperative environment to take their skills to the next level in the operating room. By working alongside surgical teams performing orthopedic, general, urology, neuro, and ENT procedures, youll gain insights into a range of specialty practices and diverse approaches to patient care. Each shift offers a fresh perspective on best practices, teamwork, and leadership styles that will enrich your clinical experience and enhance your resume.
Schedule:
- Variable shifts; On-Call required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent operating room experience
- Competency to circulate required; scrubbing experience preferred
- Experience with ortho, general, urology, neuro, and ENT cases highly desirable
- Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate in the operating room for a diverse range of surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Assist with scrubbing as needed for various surgical specialties
- Uphold the safety and sterility standards within the surgical suite
- Flexibly respond to On-Call responsibilities
