Schedule:

  • Variable shifts, typically Monday through Friday
  • Possibility of on-call rotation

Qualifications:

  • Current and active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (Scrub and Circulate preferred)
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
  • Scrub and circulate during a variety of surgical procedures
  • Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies
  • Collaborate closely with surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
