Schedule:
- Variable shifts, typically Monday through Friday
- Possibility of on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (Scrub and Circulate preferred)
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work effectively under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
- Scrub and circulate during a variety of surgical procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies
- Collaborate closely with surgical team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
