Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in Texas (or compact license holders eligible)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple cases in a high-volume surgical setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care in the operating room
• Prepare surgical suites and ensure all equipment is ready and sterilized
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and in the immediate post-operative period
