Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases, ensuring optimal patient safety and care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff
- Maintain strict adherence to established policies, including a three-strike attendance guideline
- Utilize critical thinking to respond to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
