Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Florida
- At least 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with circulating and scrubbing duties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective nursing care to surgical patients
- Prepare operating rooms and assist surgical teams during procedures
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff
- Maintain strict adherence to infection prevention and hospital policies
- Document care accurately in patient records
