Schedule:

  • Flexible shifts available based on surgical caseload and specialty needs

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an operating room setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Competence in pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia care
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical procedures
  • Ensure strict adherence to surgical asepsis and infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with perioperative team members for optimal patient outcomes
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility policies
  • Act as a patient advocate before, during, and after procedures
