Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room in line with established protocols and professional standards.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans before, during, and after surgery.
• Document and communicate patient conditions thoroughly, ensuring all involved disciplines are informed.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams for efficient, well-orchestrated procedures.
• Accurately note and execute physician and nursing orders, adapting swiftly to patient needs.
• Take an active role in assessing and coordinating discharge planning in collaboration with the entire healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to standard precautions and using PPE as required.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license.
• Demonstrated experience in the operating room or perioperative setting.
• Proven ability to exercise sound critical thinking and make decisions quickly in high-stress situations.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
