Schedule:
- 4x10-hour EVENING shifts (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM)
- Rotating days off to support unit needs
- Possible weekend shifts
- Call: Approximately one weeknight per week, one weekend shift per month
- Flexible on RTO requests (with willingness to make up time)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 3 years prior Operating Room RN experience
- Level I Trauma Center background required
- Strong neuro skillset (MUST HAVE experience in ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF)
- Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience (required)
- Current BLS certification
- Open to first-time travelers
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub for high-acuity neuro and robotic surgical cases
- Support surgeons using advanced technology such as Da Vinci Xi
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams delivering superior patient care
- Maintain readiness for rapid changes in a trauma setting
