Traveling to Billings as an OR RN means joining a Level I Trauma Center environment, where youll work alongside leaders in surgical care and hone your expertise in one of healthcares most dynamic settings. Exposure to sophisticated neuro and robotics procedures, plus diverse team approaches, ensures youll strengthen your clinical acumen and add valuable specialties to your resume.

Schedule/Hours

  • 4x10 Evenings: 11:0021:30 (rotating days off as needed by the unit)
  • May include weekend shifts
  • Call: About one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible on requested time off (willingness to make up shifts is required)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active RN license with BLS certification
  • 3 years of recent OR RN experience
  • Level I Trauma Center background required
  • Strong neuro skillset: Experience with ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF (all required)
  • Da Vinci Xi Surgical System robotics experience (required)
  • First-time travelers are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Circulate and/or scrub in high-acuity procedures across neuro and robotics specialties
  • Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, trauma-level setting
  • Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and best surgical practices
  • Flexibly cover call and weekend shifts as scheduled
