Schedule/Hours:
- 4x10 evening shifts (11:0021:30), with rotating days off to meet unit needs
- Weekend shifts as scheduled
- On-call: Roughly one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
- Flexible RTO requests, with the ability to make up time
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with at least 3 years of recent perioperative nursing experience
- Demonstrated competencies in Neuro OR cases, specifically: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF
- Direct hands-on experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System (robotics)
- Level I Trauma Center experience
- Current BLS certification
- First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care across a broad spectrum of neuro and general OR cases
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams in a high-acuity environment
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of care
- Adhere to best practices, support process improvements, and adapt to innovative technologies
