Job Description

A critical role awaits a registered nurse with specialized operating room experience in Billings, MT. This travel opportunity calls for a dedicated RN skilled in neuro and trauma care to provide expert surgical support in a Level I Trauma Center environment.

Schedule and Hours:

  • 4x10 evening shifts, 1100 - 2130
  • Rotating days off to meet unit needs
  • Weekend shifts as scheduled
  • Call requirements: approximately one weeknight and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible return-to-office requests with time make-up

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing neuro and robotic-assisted surgeries
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedure efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with surgical protocols and trauma center standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with at least 3 years of operating room experience
  • Level I Trauma Center experience is mandatory
  • Proficiency primarily in neuro OR procedures such as ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, and XLIF
  • Hands-on experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System (robotics) is a strict requirement
  • BLS certification
