Schedule:

  • 3x12-night shifts (6:30pm - 7:00am), rotating days off to accommodate unit needs
  • May include weekends
  • On-call: Approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible time-off requests, provided shifts are made up

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with Operating Room/OR experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an OR RN
  • Level I Trauma Center experience
  • Neuro experience (ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF)
  • Proficiency with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
  • BLS certification required
  • Open to both experienced travelers and first-time travel nurses

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and assist in complex OR procedures, specializing in neuro-surgery
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver optimal patient care
  • Participate in call rotations to support department coverage
  • Uphold safety, compliance, and best practices at all times
