Schedule

• 3x12 hour night shifts: 6:30 PM 7:00 AM (rotating days off to support unit needs)
• Weekend shifts may be scheduled
• Call: Approximately one weeknight per week, one weekend shift per month
• Flexible with time-off requests when willing to make up shifts

Qualifications

• Active RN license and BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years prior experience as an OR RN
• Level I Trauma Center experience
• Neuro OR experience: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF
• Robotics expertise with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Welcoming first-time travelers

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled perioperative care to surgical patients, with a focus in neuro procedures
• Operate state-of-the-art robotics and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary surgical teams
• Uphold critical patient safety and sterile technique standards
• Participate in call coverage and adapt to unit needs with flexibility
