This travel assignment places you in a renowned Level I Trauma Center, providing invaluable exposure to high-acuity cases and an energetic, supportive surgical team. Youll expand your skills working alongside expert surgeons, learning from diverse clinical practices, and adding specialized neuro and robotics experience to your resumeall while enjoying the freedom to explore the regions hiking trails, historical sites, and vibrant local culture during your days off.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 3x12 hour night shifts (1830-0700)
  • Rotating days off to meet unit needs
  • May be scheduled on weekends
  • On-call: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend shift per month
  • Flexible with RTO requests; willingness to make up time required

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with a strong background in Operating Room nursing
  • Minimum 3 years' prior OR RN experience
  • Level I Trauma Center experience is required
  • Must have majority of neuro skillset, including: ALIF, anterior cervical fusion, craniotomy, kyphoplasty, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, XLIF
  • Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required
  • BLS certification required
  • First time travelers welcomed

  • Scrub and circulate in advanced neuro and robotic surgical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
  • Maintain patient safety and compliance with trauma center protocols
