Schedule/Hours:

• 2230-0700 (MondayFriday)
• Rotation includes coverage until Saturday at 0700
• Weekends and holidays as required by schedule

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active RN license with proficiency in Operating Room nursing
• Charge RN leadership experience preferred
• Robust skill set in OR practice, with required experience in robotics and neuro procedures
• Openness to additional training and continuous learning

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the perioperative team as Charge RN during assigned shifts
• Ensure optimal patient care and workflow efficiency in the OR, including robotic and neuro cases
• Promote professional collaboration and a positive environment for ongoing staff development
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control standards
