This position is an exceptional opportunity for Registered Nurses experienced in Operating Room settings. You'll expand your clinical acumen by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mastering advanced robotics and neuro procedures, and learning from a diverse array of healthcare leaders. Schedule/Hours:
- Shift options: 6:30am5:00pm or 9:00am7:30pm
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotational call responsibilities
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license with operating room experience required
- Proficiency in circulating only (no scrubbing duties)
- Demonstrated experience with both robotics and neuro cases
- Excellent adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate in a variety of operating room procedures, specializing in robotics and neuro cases
- Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and perioperative team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Follow rigorous safety protocols and keep meticulous documentation
- Actively participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
