Schedule/Hours:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts (either 6:30 am5:00 pm or 9:00 am7:30 pm)
- Rotational call
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Significant Operating Room experience, with advanced skills in robotics and neuro procedures
- Strong circulating background (this role is circulate-only)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide circulating support in the OR, ensuring safety and adherence to sterile techniques
- Collaborate with surgical teams to facilitate procedures, particularly in robotic and neuro cases
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in rotational call as scheduled
