Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Scrub and circulate in various surgical cases, ensuring strict adherence to aseptic technique
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to promote optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct pre-op assessments and post-op evaluations
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient documentation
- Uphold best practices and safety standards at all times
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent operating room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
