Professionally, this travel nursing contract promises exposure to dynamic surgical teams utilizing cutting-edge technology and diverse operating room protocols. Schedule/Hours:

  • Four call shifts per 6-week period: two weekdays and two independent weekend days or nights.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with active status.
  • Minimum 2 years of operating room nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Strong skills in vascular proceduresvascular experience is essential.
  • Preferred: previous work with Ortho, Robotic surgery, Plastics.
  • Scrubbing experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert perioperative care for patients in a multi-specialty OR, with a focus on vascular cases.
  • Collaborate with a diverse surgical team in high-acuity, time-sensitive situations.
  • Support best practices in patient safety, sterility, and documentation.
  • Adapt quickly to a variety of leadership styles and workplace procedures while maintaining composure under pressure.
