Bring your expertise as an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to a dynamic, interdisciplinary perioperative team dedicated to high-quality, individualized patient care. Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position (length to be discussed)
• Shifts and weekend rotations as required by surgical schedules

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility)
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Operating Room or perioperative setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to uphold nursing standards as outlined in the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the perioperative experience
• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and surgical team coordination
• Advocate for the patient at all stages of care, maintaining respect, privacy, and dignity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to achieve positive clinical outcomes and support service excellence initiatives
• Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and evidence-based guidelines
