Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Extensive nursing experience in an operating room or perioperative environment
• In-depth familiarity with the ANA Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position; details regarding shift structure will be provided during interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as an advocate for patient needs, upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in the OR
• Collaborate with physicians, surgical techs, and anesthesia teams to ensure seamless perioperative flow
• Independently assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor patients throughout the surgical experience, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support and implement departmental policies, procedures, and service excellence initiatives

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
