Schedule:
- Day shifts: 7 AM 7 PM, Monday through Friday
- Call coverage: 5 PM 11 PM, Mon-Fri (no overnight); weekends are call-only
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year recent acute care hospital OR experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong background in spine and joint surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Patient-centered, collaborative approach
Preferred Experience:
- Joint scrub experience
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub during spine fusions, ALIFs, total joint replacements, and other complex orthopedic cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal perioperative care
- Ensure seamless patient flow and support a safe, efficient surgical environment
- Maintain a 30-minute response time for on-call coverage
- Foster open communication with staff and providers to support positive outcomes
