As a Registered Nurse in the Main OR (701), you will join a collaborative team in a 23-suite surgical department, working alongside seasoned medical professionals in a high-acuity, dynamic environment. This is a valuable chance to broaden your surgical expertise, master cutting-edge technologies, and expand your perspective through exceptional workplace practices and leadership styles.

Schedule:

  • 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Day shift

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital acute care OR experience
  • BLS and ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular procedures
  • Background in elective surgical specialties such as Plastics, GYN, Robotics, or Urology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a 1:1 operating room setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of RNs, CNAs, sitters, and surgical staff
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout elective surgical procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
