As a traveling Operating Room RN, youll be based in a modern, spacious facility with 284 beds, working alongside a diverse, highly skilled surgical staff in an environment that values innovation and teamwork. Professionally, this assignment promises to boost your resume through exposure to a wide range of surgical specialties and state-of-the-art techniqueswith procedures ranging from trauma and vascular cases to general surgeries (excluding burns, transplants, and hearts). Collaborate with expert colleagues who offer varied leadership styles and mentorship, allowing you to broaden your clinical perspective and continuously hone your skills.

Schedule:

• 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.
• Night shift includes 2 RNs, 1 tech, plus on-call support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Meditech EMR experience (must have)
• ACLS & PALS certification (must have)
• Experience in trauma and vascular surgical settings (highly preferred)
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and approachable personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in main OR procedures (except burns, transplants, hearts)
• Rapidly assess patient needs in dynamic, high-acuity environments
• Foster safety and infection prevention protocols
• Document effectively using Meditech EMR
• Communicate proactively with surgeons, charge nurses, techs, and ancillary staff

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
