This travel nursing position is designed for dedicated Registered Nurses specializing in the Operating Room. Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing principles and aseptic techniques
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, patient-centered care throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Prepare the OR suite, equipment, and instruments in accordance with procedural requirements
- Assess patients before and after surgery, documenting interventions and monitoring for complications
