Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in Georgia or compact states
- Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting a wide range of surgical specialties is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for surgery, assist surgical teams during procedures, and monitor patient status throughout
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the OR
- Accurately document pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during the surgical experience
