What Youll Need:
- Valid RN license with current eligibility to practice
- At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience (scrub and/or circulating)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (other credentials as needed)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving care environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Prep, circulate, and/or scrub for a range of surgical procedures
- Monitor patient safety and care throughout the perioperative process
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs to ensure seamless procedures
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and facility protocols
- Keep accurate surgical documentation and support post-operative transitions
