Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in the Operating Room (OR) setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in perioperative nursing procedures
• Comprehensive understanding of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act
• Ability to implement the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards per the American Nurses Association
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, policies, and service excellence
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• BLS/ACLS certification required

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the operating room using best practices and clinical expertise
• Actively participate as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, including licensed and unlicensed caregivers
• Support patient safety, individualized treatment plans, and the voice of the patient throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with nurse managers and clinical leaders within a shared governance model
• Uphold high standards in accordance with professional nursing models, hospital policies, and evidence-based guidelines
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
