This travel role in Perioperative ServicesSurgical places you in a dynamic Operating Room setting, where youll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position requiring flexibility to meet the needs of surgical cases and coverage
Key Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience
- Proficiency in perioperative assessment, planning, and care coordination
- Scrub Technician experience highly desired
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout surgical procedures
- Assume Scrub Technician duties as required
- Delegate, coordinate, and manage tasks to support optimal care and workflow
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing and contribute to a culture of cooperation
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain meticulous documentation
