This assignment in the Main Operating Room provides an exceptional opportunity to expand your clinical expertise within a 23-suite OR environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of highly experienced RNs, CNAs, and specialized surgical staff. Key Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care OR RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Adaptability and strong teamwork skills
- Outstanding communication and flexibility
Preferred Experience
- Ortho/Spine or Cardiovascular surgical background
- Exposure to specialties including General, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology
Role Overview
- Circulate and/or scrub during a wide range of elective surgical procedures
- Collaborate in a 1:1 patient care environment to ensure safety and quality
