This assignment in a busy, 23-suite operating room allows you to take on elective surgeries ranging from Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular to Robotics, Plastics, GYN, General, and Urology. With a 1:1 patient ratio and a supportive day-shift team, you'll gain concentrated perioperative nursing experience, bolstering your resume and credentials for future roles. During your time off, immerse yourself in Colorados endless opportunities for outdoor recreation, food, culture, and relaxation.

Schedule:

  • 7:00am 7:00pm

Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum one year of current hospital acute care OR experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Preferred Experience:

  • Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular surgical background

Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub on a broad range of elective surgeries
  • Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with the highest clinical standards
  • Participate in pre-op and post-op assessment, contributing to a cohesive OR team
  • Utilize EMR (Meditech) for documentation
  • Maintain compliance with surgical protocols and hospital policies
