Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license with a minimum of one year of recent operating room experience in an acute care hospital
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong adaptability and a collaborative, team-driven attitude
- Preferred experience with Ortho/Spine and CV cases
Professional Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-focused, evidence-based perioperative care within a busy OR setting
- Collaborate effectively with charge nurses, RNs, CNAs, and ancillary staff to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accuracy in documentation using Meditech EMR
- Participate in a variety of surgical procedures including ortho, spine, general, CV, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology
- Demonstrate flexibility and positivity in a dynamic environment that values outstanding teamwork
