Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Night and weekend call rotation
Qualifications:
- Current, valid RN license
- Demonstrated proficiency in transplant cases (must have transplant skill set)
- Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing
- Ability to accurately document in Meditech EMR
- Preferred: 3+ years of operating room nursing experience
- Preferred: Specialty certification in perioperative nursing
Experience handling procedures such as:
- Total joint replacements
- Spine surgeries
- Kidney and liver transplants
- Robotic-assisted surgeries
- Vascular procedures
- ENT and plastics cases
Role Overview:
- Provide exemplary care before, during, and after surgical procedures in a 16-suite operating room environment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and surgical protocols
- Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends, as part of a dedicated and experienced staff

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
