This opportunity is for a Registered Nurse skilled in the Operating Room, with a current DORA license required before application. The position is based in Arvada, CO, supporting a well-equipped surgical unit known for its collaborative team environment and advanced technology.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid RN license with DORA certification in hand prior to submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in orthopedic, spine, DaVinci robotic, Mako robotic, Globus, and laparoscopic surgical procedures preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
- Familiarity with operating room protocols and equipment, including Stryker systems and Meditech EMR

Responsibilities:
- Assist with surgical procedures in a 4-OR unit plus one endoscopy suite, supporting diverse surgical specialties including ortho and minimally invasive surgeries
- Collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of full-time and PRN RNs, certified surgical technologists, and support staff
- Adhere strictly to unit guidelines and policies, ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety
- Maintain compliance with dress code standards, wearing light blue scrubs provided onsite
