Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid RN license, eligible for practice in Tennessee
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in Operating Room nursing
• Advanced knowledge of perioperative procedures, aseptic technique, and surgical instrumentation
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility, dependability, and a positive, professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical specialties
• Ensure patient safety and sterile technique throughout procedures
• Maintain meticulous documentation and update surgical records
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and surgical teams
• Support patient advocacy and high standards of perioperative care

$2,105 - $2,227/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
