Responsibilities:
- Deliver competent perioperative nursing care consistent with professional standards.
- Coordinate patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Participate in patient and family education, assessing readiness and developmental needs.
- Utilize healthcare organization policies and standards in providing safe, effective care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust patient care plans.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a focus on Operating Room nursing.
- Experience in managing patients with complex needs in a surgical/hospital setting.
- Ability to prioritize and organize care efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education.
