This travel role invites you to enhance your skills as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room. Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, travel assignment
- Shifts and hours as assigned per facility needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care, circulating and scrubbing as required
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to promote patient safety
- Adhere strictly to sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Assess patient needs before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Document accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies
Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years recent Operating Room experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with various surgical specialties highly desirable
