- Current and valid RN licensure
- Minimum experience in Operating Room nursing or completion of relevant OR orientation/training
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Proficiency in scrub and/or circulating roles within the surgical suite
- Exceptional critical thinking, organization, and communication skills
- Adaptability in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
