Key Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Operating Room RN
- Proficient in perioperative care, including strong understanding of OR protocols, sterile technique, and instrumentation
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
Primary Responsibilities:
- Circulate and scrub on a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to aseptic practices
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, assessment, and patient advocacy
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations
- Document all patient interactions and procedural details accurately
