This is a night shift (4x12s) travel role with guaranteed 48-hour workweeks, specifically supporting NICU patients and their families during critical times. Youll make a significant impact while also enjoying the freedom to explore new destinations on your days off, broaden your horizons, and build valuable experience for your resume.
Schedule & Hours:
- Shifts: Nights (4x12-hour shifts, non-negotiable)
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
- Weekend coverage as required by the facility
- No on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience
- Proficiency with the nursing process and ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- High standards of confidentiality and patient-centered care
- Adaptability to float as needed
- Professional presence in black scrubs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate NICU nursing care for assigned patients
- Evaluate and coordinate care delivered by other direct caregivers
- Collaborate effectively with other clinical departments
- Uphold strict standards for patient privacy and rights
- Document care accurately in an EPIC EMR environment
- Demonstrate accountability and commitment to strong NICU service values
