Schedule/Hours:
- Night shifts: 7p7a
- Schedule cycle: every 6 weeks
- Weekend rotation: every other
- No on-call requirements
- 75% holiday coverage expected

Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of NICU nursing experience
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Proficiency in basic vent management, central line care, tracheostomy, G-tube management
- Strong ability with blood transfusions, gavage feeding, infant venous sticks, breastfeeding, and bottle-feeding support
- Open to first-time travelers
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to infants ranging from 23 weeks gestation to full-term
- Manage pre/post-surgical patients and those with acute or chronic illness
- Collaborate closely with NAs, two charge RNs per shift, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in departmental orientation and adapt to a robust EMR system (EPIC)
- Flexibility to float to General Pediatrics, PICU, Adolescent Pediatrics, and Pediatric Hem/Onc as needed
