Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract role with flexible schedulingdesigned to fit your lifestyle and allow you to maximize your adventures between shifts
Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license, eligible to practice in California
- Current BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU preferred
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered NICU nursing care in accordance with standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise, guide, and support assigned nursing staff and collaborate across disciplines
- Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to provide the highest standard of neonatal care
